At GiggleMelon your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order we will do everything we can to make it right.

✅ Our 7-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within this period subject to the conditions below.

📋 Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, opened or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has passed

🔄 How to Return

  1. Email gigglemelon@gigglemelon.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Securely package and send the item to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected we will process your refund or exchange

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the return is approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us at gigglemelon@gigglemelon.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

🌍 International Returns

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item received.
