Giggle Melon — Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Giggle Melon, we want you and your furry friends or little ones to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Because we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please email our support team immediately at gigglemelon@gigglemelon.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation".
  • Post-Dispatch: If your order has already been processed and handed over to our fulfillment partner/courier after the 6-hour window, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our standard Return process once the item arrives.

2. Returns & Eligibility

  • Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Exempt/Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet treats, personal care items, or heavily used pet/toddler toys unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue in your email.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at gigglemelon@gigglemelon.co.za with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
