How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods through our secure Shopify checkout.

Is it safe to shop on GiggleMelon?

Absolutely. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in multiple currencies. Your local currency will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide including to the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Track your order anytime at 17track.net.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at gigglemelon@gigglemelon.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once approved.
